What role can architects have in addressing homelessness? And how can cities become better homes for all?

This short follows the lives of people without home in a city on the background of a phone conversation between two architects, one from LA and from Vienna. In spite of different political and economic context of both cities, they search for long-term strategies for housing instead of reacting with ad hoc solutions.
