A giant, abandoned concrete silo has been marring the skyline of a small, peaceful seaside town in southern Denmark for many years. Just when it seems the town is about to tear the building down once and for all, a group of artists and cultural entrepreneurs emerges, determined to transform it into an international arts center. Will they succeed in convincing the locals that this is their only hope for averting the town’s depopulation and economic decline?
