Concrete was already being used in ancient Ro… No, don’t expect that from a documentary by such a quirky filmmaker. The feature-length debut from the creator of the popular HBO series “How to… with John Wilson” uses concrete merely as a starting point for a unique observation of urban life. Wilson seizes upon any entertaining and thought-provoking element he comes across, making the film a fascinating stream not only of ideas, but also of encounters and stories.
