An abandoned, dilapidated building becomes an island of hope for three young children in the midst of crime-ridden Palermo. Whilst chaos reigns all around them, Angelo, Mery and Rosy escape into a world of their own imagination and the possibilities offered to them by architecture. This documentary, with its elements of magical realism, is an enchanting spectacle with a bitter aftertaste.
