This short film by Sarah Lomenová, the author of this year’s Day of Architecture Film, follows a pipe winding through the city and nature like a snake. A ubiquitous piece of infrastructure that is mostly in the background and almost unnoticed suddenly has a starring role. This time, the secondary ones are played by the people and animals whose lives the pipeline intersects. The film images, composed with great sensitivity, are lined with or permeated by the arteries of the industrial city of Ústí nad Labem.
