Whilst war rages in the immediate vicinity, thousands of people of all ages continue to flock every summer to the colossal Brutalist building of the former Soviet spa resort in Odessa, on the Ukrainian coast, to recuperate. The film captures, with incredible sensitivity, a host of eccentric characters among both the guests and the staff. Is the architecture looked after with the same care as people’s health?
