The story of a group of newly graduated architects who settled in Vermont in the 1960s and, inspired by the Bauhaus, began building houses based on their own designs. The result is a series of very unconventional yet highly aesthetic forms, custom-designed for their occupants. The film is an inspiring portrait of several individuals and homes that were at the forefront of the Design/Build movement.
