How is the life in one of the most polluted cities in the world?

Looking very inhospitable, with winter temperatures of thirty degrees Celsius below zero, the city makes the life of its inhabitants even more unpleasant due to the nickel mining company. The Russian city of Norilsk inhabited solely by Russians and Belarusians as foreigners need a special permit to enter. The French director Xavier Destors acquainted by chance the local community and created a suggestive and emotionally strong story about people hoping for a better future.
