What happens when the place around us starts to rapidly change and/or disappears completely?

Film by the Czech-Swedish filmmaker follows the fate of the Swedish town of Kiruna located above the Arctic Circle and characterised by the mining industry. Kiruna – A Brand New World introduces the locals and their perception of this period in-between.

The screening is followed by a discussion with the director
