The Pritzker-Prize-winning Irish-American architect Kevin Roche is not world-famous, despite a lifetime of acclaimed work such as the Ford Foundation headquarters and College Life Insurance Company as well as 60 Wall Street and new galleries for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Roche represents a movement weaving together technological progress and natural elements, while highlighting the importance of shared public space. The film introduces a successful man with little interest in celebrity but an enormous energy looking out to the future with no intention of ever retiring.
