A dreamlike, sci-fi-inspired glimpse into the microcosm of a colossal modernist apartment building in downtown São Paulo, designed by the legendary architect Oscar Niemeyer. Inside the building, elections for the building manager are underway, and at the same time, the future direction of the entire country is being decided in the presidential election; tension is mounting both inside and outside the building.
