The Maximization of the Circumstance

Three interconnected stories, one house. Electronic music and innovative camera work combine architecture, design, and ideas of recycling, preservation and working with genius loci. It all takes place in an iconic 1964 building in central Madrid, the first office building of its kind in the city, designed by architect Antonio Lamela. The film looks at what sustainability can mean when architecture, design, and the courage to intervene in the existing meet.
