The wave of demolitions that are wiping brutalist buildings off maps around the world is not avoiding even the most famous developments. The Prentice Tower in Chicago, whose designer, Bertrand Goldberg, is an internationally renowned figure of Western modernism, has also been hit. Composed of cylindrical, four-leaf clover-shaped towers perched on a cubic base, the 1975 building met the highest standards of its time as a medical facility. This short film is a commemoration of this fascinating project.
