Scenes from a Memory

Two different stories of historic houses in Taiwan that have witnessed many events. In the north, there is an abandoned building, overgrown with weeds, which symbolizes the tragic era of White Terror embedded in the family history. In the south, the former seat of the royal family is now inhabited by migrants who are trying to restore its spirit and historical value, even though its heyday has been long over. Former residents reveal the stories of the two houses in their childhood memories.
