The French town of Marseille is composed of one third of residential buildings that increasingly hide behind barriers and walls.
The suburban area of Coin Joli until recently connected to the city has been continuously closing up. From residence to residence this trend spreads out and generates a series of complications for both the transportation and pedestrians. The city infrastructure is distorted and streams of passers-by are looking for new alternative ways. The film touches upon the instability between individual needs of private owners and desires of the inhabitants for an open and shared city.
