Is Brasília the prime example of modernism or an architectural utopia?

The opulent project of the so-called city of the future by the architect Oscar Niemeyer and the urbanist Lucio Costa is presented rather as an uninhabited artificial world. A Machine to Live In captures its visual beauty placed in the context of the mystical architecture of cults and utopian cities in the remote inland of Brazil.
