It was a challenge for both the architect and the developer. While one had to deal with the delicate setting in an inhospitable landscape, the other had to sell the expensive project to its future users without the possibility of changing it in any way. In the end, Nishizawa created a unique structure with an undulating concrete roof and glass walls.
